Students train as regularly as they wish although regular training had many benefits. Over time skills improve and your confidence in techniques and ability will grow. The more a student trains the more confident they become.
As well as the obvious increases in fitness and flexibility Taekwon-Do not only trains your body but also your mind. It increases Concentration, Confidence and Co-Ordination skills.
