ITF Central Coast has been established on the Central Coast for approximately 10yrs, we are the only official  ITF club on the Central Coast. Through many years of dedicated martial arts training our female instructors strive to instill good moral values and attributes in all students.

 We promote positive behaviour, self confidence and self esteem in our members and we have specifically designed programs to encourage this in all our students.
