Sabum Amanda Morrison
HISTORY
Sabum Amanda Morrison began training in Taekwon-Do in 1991. 
In 2002 Amanda joined the ITF and was selected to be part of the 2003 Australian Team that were to compete in the 13th ITF World Championships in Greece.
Amanda Was a part of the Female Power Breaking team who won a Silver medal. It was at this time Amanda also opened a full time, fully equipped Do-Jang in Woy Woy.
In 2004 Amanda achieved her 4th Degree Back Belt and again was selected for the Australian team for the 2005 ITF World Championships held in Australia. Amanda won a Silver Medal in the Individual 4th Degree Female Patterns and 2 Bronze medals in the women’s Team sparring and Pattern events.
PRESENT
Currently Amanda has retired from tournament and is concentrating on teaching her students the fundamentals of Taekwon-Do. She one day hopes her students may follow in her footsteps and compete at an international level but as long as they give her their all and always try their best she can ask for no more. Taekwon-Do is Amanda’s passion and she will continue to teach for as long as she can.
BooSabum Melissa Woods
Boosabum Melissa began training in Taekwon-Do in November 2000. Melissa already a Black Belt in Karate began her training to get back into shape after the birth of her daughter. After having great success in tournement as a coloured belt Melissa achieved her Black Belt in 2003 and began her time as an Instructor with Sabum Amanda at the Woy Woy Do-Jang. Melissa continued to compete until injury forced her retirement in late 2004.
Since this time Melissa has continued her efforts with the club helping students gain the knowledge and skill required to fulfill their Martial Arts dream of becoming a Black Belt and possibly competing themselves.
Assistant Instructor
John Seymour
John began his training at 8yrs old with Amanda in the Umina Do-Jang. John has great dedication to the club and always shows enthusiasm for his training. In 2009 John achieved his 2nd Dan Black Belt after an intense grading process.
John was recently made an assistant Instructor at the Woy Woy Do-Jang and is constantly learning the ways of teaching in Taekwon-Do. We hope his dedication and determination to Taekwon-Do will transfer into the other members of the club and he will pass on his enthusiasm for training to the students he helps teach.

Monica Brady
Monica has been training with ITF Central Coast for numerous years and has recently been graded to a 1st Degree Black Belt. Monica has been a keen and conscientious student who has developed in many areas of Taekwon-Do. Through sheer comittment and dedication Monica is now working towards becoming a junior assistant instructor for our club in the near future.

Started Taekwon-Do in 1977, became an Instructor June 1980. Achieved 7th Dagree on 5th October 2005.
Master Tam currently teaches Taekwon-Do full time at Burwood and Rockdale Do-Jangs.
